The Health and Safety Executive’s EFAW is one of the more compact options amongst our HSE courses. It covers a basic understanding of what the HSE constitute as emergency first aid.
This course ensures the candidate has an understanding of emergency first aid as defined by the HSE, covering basic first aid techniques and the more suitable circumstances in which to employ them. The instructor will carry out continual assessment of the candidates, building and testing their knowledge in order to ensure that when the most pressing emergencies occur, they use both the skills and the appropriate mind-set with which to overcome them.
