To conduct overseas bespoke training for a large group of candidates in several core skillsets over a twelve-month period – the candidates themselves having various levels of education.

After conducting a needs analysis; a small team deployed to evaluate to task, gaining ground truth by identifying areas where a center of gravity would be required to ensure the Client fully understood shortfalls and the benifits of undertaking such a specilaist contract.
Delivering a realistic approach as how best to achieve the Clients goal, providing answers to question the Client had not thought of, ensuring the wishes and concerns of the Client were addressed.
Although the Client wishes and concerns were the focal point of the contract; the integrity of the end-user is never compromised.
This contract came to its contractual close, with all the KPI’s and standards achieved. As part of the contract, the local training team have taken full ownership and responsibility.
