This course provides qualification for individuals who work as (or aspire to work as) professional investigators. It covers how to identify key information and conduct investigations while maintaining security and confidentiality throughout.
Based on SIA specifications, this is a comprehensive course that covers all aspects of conducting a thorough and discreet professional investigation. It will teach candidates how to identify key objectives of the investigation, before going on to cover how to research and collate information from a number of sources, including how to effectively gather information through interviews.
The instructors will then teach candidates how to maintain an overview of surveillance operations while protecting the security and confidentiality of their sources. They will also be advised on how to resolve any conflicts of interest, and the methods of reporting and presenting their findings.
Our experts will also provide the candidates with a comprehensive understanding of the relevant laws and regulations, to ensure that all investigations are carried out well within legal boundaries. All assessments are conducted via internally set portfolios and externally set multiple choice examinations.
This course comes in two units.
